David holds a B.A. in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Talent Management, and has spent the past 15 years equipping parents, caregivers, and leaders. His extensive academic training combines with real-world experience to provide comprehensive support for families facing challenges.
His training and experience have focused on children, caregivers, and family systems, giving him deep insight into complex family dynamics and behavioral challenges.
Author & Leader
He is author of the book "Hombre en Camino" (Man in the Making) and serves as the director of the Christian Alliance for Orphans in Spanish, where he equips churches and organizations in raising children from difficult backgrounds.
Through his leadership role, David has developed comprehensive programs that bridge the gap between psychological theory and practical application in challenging environments.
History
David created the Whole-Life Audit after seeing the need in families and organizations to have a clear and objective evaluation of what matters most. After years of evaluating and validating the evaluation framework and building a system to provide the ongoing support that families and organizations will need to grow in the areas that need the most help.
Father & Speaker
David is the father of three daughters, bringing personal understanding to the challenges and joys of parenting. This lived experience enriches his professional guidance with authentic, heartfelt wisdom.
He gives lectures on parenting in churches and organizations throughout Latin America and the United States, sharing evidence-based strategies that strengthen family bonds and promote healthy development.
